Square Payments
Under , the SierraBooks Invoices app allows you to create and send estimates as Square Estimates. These estimates can be accepted or rejected by your clients.
When an Estimate is accepted, the app automatically creates a corresponding Invoice from the accepted estimate.
You can request and share a secure Payment Link directly from any active Invoice.
Send an Estimate PDF or Invoice PDF directly to your clients as an email attachment.
The customer can easily view and pay using the Payment Square Payment Link.
When a Payment is completed, the app automatically creates a Payment record linking the Invoice, Customer, and payment amount. You will receive a real-time notification of the successful payment.
