Automated Bulk Import into SierraBooks
When you link your Square Business Account, SierraBooks automatically activates our Square Bulk Import Engine. All your essential business records are pulled from Square and structured into SierraBooks’ high-speed database ledger.
What Gets Imported
Square Customers - Given names, family names, and company names. - Email addresses, primary phone numbers, and full billing postal addresses. - Cross-referenced Square Customer IDs for ongoing sync.
Catalog Items & Variations - Square items and variations automatically mapped to SierraBooks item types. - Products categorized as
REGULARorGIFT_CARDmap to NonInventory. - Products categorized asAPPOINTMENTS_SERVICE,EVENT, orDONATIONmap to Service. - Extraction of base prices, variation names, and automatic assignment of the Taxable status (derived from Square item configuration).Invoices & Estimates - Active, unpaid, and historical Square Invoices. - Itemized lines, descriptions, quantities, and payment request schedules. - Status synchronization (Unpaid, Paid, Partially Paid).
Payments & Tenders - Processed Square payments, card brands (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), and tender details. - Transaction amounts, tip breakdowns, and processing statuses (Completed, Approved).
