Sign in Anonymous, Sample Data

The Anonymous/Training mode is intended for educational purposes to show the capabality of the SierraBooks Invoices app using a fictitious company. However, you still can make changes to the data and save it locally on your device.

On the Main Page, one can go to Customers, Vendors, Transactions, Reports, Items, Company, Tax Codes, or Preferences.
  1. Customers

    Login Page ‣ Sign in Anonymous ‣ Main Page ‣ Customers

    You can see your customers as a list, select one. When selected click the pencil icon to edit, or create a transaction. If any data is changed the app will ask to save the changes, see video below.

    Edit Customer

    Any data changed or created, the app will ask while exiting the page, to go Back to add more changes, Cancel to discard any change or Ok to save it. Once the data is saved, the changes will propagate to any mobile user of the app, seamlessly.

  2. Vendors

    Login Page ‣ Sign in Anonymous ‣ Main Page ‣ Vendors

    You can see your vendors as a list, select one. When selected click the pencil icon to edit. If any data is changed the app will ask to save the changes, see video below.

    Edit Vendor

    Any data changed or created, the app will ask while exiting the page, to go Back to add more changes, Cancel to discard any change or Ok to save it. Once the data is saved, the changes will propagate to any mobile user of the app, seamlessly.
