Login ‣ Main Page ‣ Preferences ‣ Entities Preferences ‣ Invoice.

Reload images from the cloud.
- Reload all the invoices images, attachments.
On/Off invoices notifications.
- Any changes/updates by any other QuickBooks Online user on invoices will be reflected here, you can turn it off.
Enable/Disable adding an invoice, gps tracking.
- Save the location where the invoice was created.
Invoices box shadow colors under list page.
- Enable/Disable colors for invoices with balance.
- Enable/Disable colors for invoices with discount.
Table or List, Invoice Display Page.
- Each view has different advantages, under list one can search based on invoice’s number.
- Under table, one can sort by any column, facilitating locating an invoice.
Show/Hide invoices table columns.
