Customer Settings

Login ‣ Main Page ‣ Preferences ‣ Entities Preferences ‣ Customers.

  • Reload images from the cloud.

    • Reload all the customers images, attachments.

  • Enable/Disable customers notifications.

    • Any changes/updates by any other QuickBooks Online user on customers will be reflected here, you can turn it off.

  • Enable/Disable add a customer, gps tracking.

    • Save the location where the customer was created.

  • Customers Filter.

    • Enable/Disable Customers with balance.

  • Filter by customer type.

    • On the Sample Company data, there are 4 different customer’s types; Far, Near, Georgia and Florida. You can limit/filter the customer’s list using these types, defined on your own QuickBooks Online company. Making it easy to locate a customer.

      • Far.

      • Near.

      • Georgia.

      • Florida.
